PET POLICY

Is My Pet Allowed?

Some of our owners allow pets, while some do not. If the property you are applying for allows pets and the pet is approved, then there is a $200.00 per pet, non-refundable pet deposit required up front. Some owners reserve the right to have a higher deposit.

Insurance companies have updated their policies to include the following breeds of dogs that are not allowed, should one of these be discovered on the leased property, it will be terms for immediate eviction: German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Doberman, Chow, Keeshond, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Great Dane, Akita, American Bulldog, Beauceron, Wolf Hybrids, Caucasian Mountain.
